例如死缠乱打、苦苦哀求、不断作出承诺等等你认为有效的手段,但往往对方却对你越来越冷淡,慢慢疏离你,甚至拉黑你。你心里肯定感到焦虑和不知所措,这时应该怎么做才能挽回爱情?

我理解你以上失恋无助的感受,但请你明确挽回失去的爱情不是想象中那么容易,对于心急的你我有两个建议:首先放下急躁的心情,不要急功近利,先找出自己的问题然后针对问题去改进。

其次由于挽回的特殊性,机会基本上只有一次,因此需要一步步去做正确的事情并且尽量避免犯错。

很多人在分手后其实还保留着一种想控制对方的想法,然后作出了一些错误的行动,比如想知道对方的行动去不断地问他,想让对方知道自己会改过自新不断地去承诺很多事情,但是现在你要知道,其实你们已经分手了,要承认分手的事实。

一些情侣可以做的事情,朋友是无法做的。现在要做的不是死缠乱打,你让对方感觉你的需求感越高,越不利于挽回,你要做的是提高对方的需求感。

其实应该是带着更积极向上的心态,改变的是自己的不足,改变的是以前消极的心态,并不是为了别人而去改变,而是为了自己能更幸福、更优秀而改变内在的不足。让自己保持良好的生活态度。这也是为了二次吸引重要的部分。

黄波,男,自称广州人力资源协会特聘讲师等头衔,因为社会背景比较模糊,他的履历和实际身份扑朔迷离。但从2007年甚至更早开始,黄波在广州周边各大学校区,是不少学生们心目中的成功人士,“万人迷”的“创业导师”。2011年8月,黄波传授能激发潜能的“过火海”和“心灵穿刺”的类似传销,体验后对学生以心理测试为名进行性诈骗的报道引起社会强烈反响和争议,被称为广州版宋山木。

各种校内报道和华科公司的宣传显示,黄波的“公益演讲”遍及了广州几乎所有的大学,从重点到二级学院和大专。从2007年———或者更早———到2011年,他公司的触角曾经伸向广州周边几乎所有大学校区,他用“测试”和“教育”为手段诱骗女生、女下属发生性关系的传说,散布在各种耳语中;在此过程中,公司也不断易名:新实力、海创西点、华科西点……
